pitted kalamatta olives
cherry tomatoes baby spinach
fried shallots
blue cheese
Method
In a large frying pan over medium high heat warm 2 tablespoons oil until hot and pat the steaks generously with salt and pepper and fry them until ready .add the chicken to the pan and cook turning twice until browned until firm to 8 minutes. cut tthe chicken into 1/2 inch pieces . add the halibut to a pan and cook until lightly browned to the bottom side for 5 minutes . turn cook until it flesh until 4 minutes . transfer to plates . Transfer the spinach salad to individual bowls with the shallots and blue cheese.
