Ingredients
2 large red peppers seeded and diced
Pinch of dried chilli flakes
400can pandorino tomatoes
4 tablespoon garlic –infused olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper
Method
- Heat the oil in a large pan over low heat and add the sliced peppers . Cook very gently stairring occasionally for 4 minutes .
- Add the chillies to the pan and cook for 1 minute , then pour the tomatoes and season . Cook gently for 50 minutes to 1 hour, stairing occasionally.
