Cannole bean pate


Ingredients serve 4.

2*400gr cannelloni 

2 tablespoon olive oil

50gr cheadar cheese finely grated

30gr fresh chopped parsley

Salt and freshly ground pepper

A little paprika to garish (opitional )

Method

Put the cannelloni beans in a food processor with the olive oil and process to a chunky paste .

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the cheese , parsley and some salt and pepper . Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle a little paprika on top if you like .
