Flan tal-piselli


Ingredienti

Ghagina tat-torti.  

100gr basal

100gr gobon grunere tat-toqba

Bzar u melh

300gr piselli

200gr bacon

3 bajdiet

300ml halib 

Method

Qaxxar u qatta il-basal f’bicciet zghar . Aqta il-bacon ukoll

 Qalli il-bacon u il-basal. Meta ikunu se jibdew jiehdu il-kulur nehhi minn fuq in-nar u saffi.

Zid il-pizelli, bzar u melh. Hawwad il-bajd u il-halib zommhom separati

Sajjar forn moderat ghal madwar 25minuta . Servi shun .

Bhal din it-torta tista issir ohra bil-pastard jew kabocci .
