Ingredients
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup oats
¼ cup quinua
¼ cup blueberries .
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoon pecan pieces
2-3 dashes cinnamon .
Method
Combine milk and oats and cook according to package instructions . stir in quinoa , blue berries , maple syrup , pecans and cinnamon and serve hot .
