Ingredients

1 raw and 2 boiled egg yolks

5 tablespoon sour cream

1 tablespoon french mustard

150ml olive oil

1/2 small onion

1 tablespoon capers / parsley

pinch of sugar

salt and pepper

Place all the ingredients and work in a smooth cream .
