400gr karotti

margerina

400gr basal

Basilico

Method

Nehhi kemm tista grass u ghadam. Ifrex fuq il-mejda u roxx ftit bzar, u basilico. Rembel u kebbeb sewwa . Orbot bi spag jew xibka ghal ta l-apposta.

Qaxxar il-haxix. Poggi f’qiegh ta’ dixx bil-laham fuq. Idlek bil-margerina u zid ftit ilma.

Sajjar forn moderat ghal madwar saghtejn. Xarrab il-hin kollu bil-meraq li ikun hemm fid-dixx. Servi shun.

Servi b’tipi differenti ta haxix.
