Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts
1/2 tsp pepper
1 teasepoon garlic powder
1 teasepoon dried oregano
2 teasepoon olive oil
Ingredients for salad
2 celery stalks
1/4 red onion
1/2 green apple
3 green onions
2 tbsp parsley
5 lettuce leaves
Mix all the ingredients with the cooked chicken
Ingredients for dressing
4 tbsp mayoneise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
Whisk until combined and pour over the salad
Method
Mix all the ingredients until combined . place 2 fresh chicken breasts and mix until fully coated . Fry the chicken breasts until 5 minutes on each side . Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Cut the chicken into small chunks .
