Method
- Iftah l-ghagina go forma li tkun sajart fiha. Din ghandha tkun xi ftit fonda.
2. Ghaffeg sewwa l-irkotta u il-gbejniet . Il-gbejniet jaghmlu palat tajjeb hafna. Zid il-bajd, tursin, bzaru melh.
3. Hallat kollox u imla go forma. Hawn tista isajjar it-torta minghajr ghagina fil-wicc jew inkella bl-ghagina.
4. Halli t-tahlita toqoghod ghal kwarta (15 minutes) u wara sajjar forn moderat ghal madwar 45 minuta. 5. Servi shuna jew kiesha.
6. Din it-torta li hija popolari f’ Malta tista sserviha bhala l-ewwel platt jew ghat-te.
