Broad bean salad with tangerine and grilled parma ham.


Ingredients

2 tangerine

400gr green beans lighly cook in salted water

50gr walnuts crushed

1 tabespoon finely choppd parsley

4 slices parma ham , grilled

2 hardboiled eggs , peeled and sliced

2 tablespoon olive oil

A drzzle f balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper

Method

 In a large bowl, place the cooked beans and add the mustard ,vinegar, oil and seasoning . Toss well and add the remaining ingredients except for the ham within should be served on top.
