Ingredients serve 4

1 Teaspoon superfine sugar

Pinch of powered mustard

2 tablespoon wine vinegar

6 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Beat together the sugar and mustard with the vinegar . Add the oil, season to taste with salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly . Alternatively , put the ingredients in a screw top , jar , the lid and shape well .
