Method

Qatta’ il-laham f’bicciet zghar kwadri . Qaxxar il-haxix u qatta’ ukoll bicciet zghar . Zomm kollox separat .

Poggi il-laham go borma Zid l-ilma u l-inbid u sajjar ghal madwar 40 minuta . Meta jkun lest igbor il- laham u zommu separat.

Dewweb il-margerina u qalli il-basal u qabel jibda jiehu il-kulur . zid id-dqiq, hawwad sewwa u ftit ftit ibda zid il-likwidu li fih sajart il-laham. Zid il-laham, haxix , bzar u melh u kompli sajjar fuq nar baxx ghal madwar 30 minuta . Qabel isservi, zid isfar ta’ bajda u ftit krema friska.
