200ml natural yoghurt
2 ripe pears cored and chopped into bite sized pieces
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
. Combine the yougurt with the pears and divide into 2 portiouns . Sprinkle a teasepoon each of the seeds over the top of each portion and serve .
