Soppa tal-mushrooms


Ingredients

  • 300gr mushrooms
  • 50gr dqiq
  • container krema friska
  • one and one half litre stock tat- tigieg
  • 50gr margerina
  • 100gr basal
  • bzar u melh

Method

  1. Qaxxar il-basal u qatta f’ bicciet imdaqsin. Ahsel il-mushrooms u aqta’ ukoll f’bicciet imdaqsin . Erfa ftit mushrooms biex tidekora is-soppa.

2. Dewweb il-margerina u qalli il-basal u il-mushrooms. Zommhom bojod. Sahhan l-istock . Zid id-dqiq u il-basal u hawwad sewwa. Nehhi minn fuq in-nar

3. Wara erga poggi fuq in- nar u ftit ftit ibda zid l- istock sakemm jkunu zidtu kollu . Irranga fuq nar baxx ghal madwar 20 minuta. Irranga it-toghma bil-bzar u il-melh .
