Metodu

  1. Aghmel tahlita ta’ Nbid, hall, tarragon, rosemarie bzar u melh u idlek il-koxxa biha Poggi il-koxxa ta din it-tahlita f’receipjent li jinghalaq u zomm fil-frigg ghal jumejn .
  2. Idlek il-koxxa b’ din it-tahlita ta’ spiss.
  3. Nehhi il-koxxa mil-marinat u xxotta . Poggi il-koxxa f’casserole . Zid il-basal, imqatta’ bacon, imqatta’ bzar, imsiemer tal-qronfol, kikra, likwidu mill-imarinat u idlek bil-margerina.
