Ingredienti

Kikra ross

50gr zokkor

Tuffieha

Ftit bastun tal- kannella(Cinnamon )

Meraq ta’ lumija

2 litri halib

15gr butir

vanilla

isfar tal-bajd

150gr gamm tal-frawli.

Metodu

  1. Ahsel ir-ross sewwa. Ghalli il-halib u il-vanilla u il-kannella. Zid ir-ross. Baxxi in-nar u kompli sajjar fuq nar baxx sakemm isir .
  2. Qaxxar u aqta’ it-tuffieha f’bicciet zghar . Dewweb il-butir u sajjar it- tuffieha fil-butir ghal 5 minuti . Zid il-meraq tal-lumija .
  3. Nehhi il- likwidu kollu li hareg mit- tuffieha u zid ir-ross. Zid iz- zokkor u l- isfar tal- bajda u hawwad sewwa. .
  4. Poggi ir-ross go forn sakemm jaghqad.
  5. Ghalli il-gamm go forn b’imgharfa ilma u ghalli ghal madwar 4. minuti
