Method

Naddaf il-laham u aqta’ f’bicciet zghar kwadri. Ghaddi mid-dqiq u roxx ftit bzar u melh.

Sahhan il-margerina u qalli il-laham . Sajjar sakemm jiehdu kulur hamrani . Saffi il-margerina . Zid l-istock , rosemary u kompli sajjar . Roxx ftit rosemary u kompli sajjar ghal madwar nofs siegha. Jekk f’ kas li il- laham ghadu xi ftit iebes zid ftit stock u kompli sajjar.

Qaxxar il-karotti . Hu il-karotti u il-hjar u aqta’ bicciet irqaq hafna u fit-tul, itfa mal-laham u kompli sajjar . Roxx ftit rosemarie , bzar u melh .

Aghmel tahlita ta’ krema bajda, meraq tal-lumi , sherry u hawwad sewwa. Itfa din it- tahlita fuq il-laham u kompli ghal madwar 7 minuti. Qabel tnehhi minn fuq in-nar ara li il-laham ikun tari u tajjeb bil-melh u bil-bzar. Servi fuq ir-ross li tkun ghalejt qabel.
