Method

  1. Sajjar il- kabocca shiha b’ hafna ilma bil- melh . Meta tkun lesta nehhi l-ilma bil-mod u nehhi il-weraq .
  2. Xarrab il-hobz fil-mushun. Dewweb il-margerina. Qalli il-laham u il-basal li tkun qatajt. Zid it-tursin, bzar u melh u nocemuskata.
  3. Nehhi l-ilma mil-hobz u zid mal-laham. zid ukoll il-bajda . Poggi ftit minn din it-tahlita fuq kull werqa tal-kabocca kebbeb u poggi f’dixx li tkun ser isajjar fih.
  4. Zid l- istock fuq il-kabocci u sajjar go forn jahraq ghal 45minuta. Meta ikunu lesti nehhi mid-dixx, zid il-kunserva fuq l- istock . Jekk iz- zalza hija xi ftit mahlulha ghaqad bil- cornflour.
  5. Erga poggi il-kabocci fiz- zalza u servi shan.
