Metodu

Hallat iz-zewg tipi ta dqiq u il-baking powder flimkien.

Dewweb il-butir u hallih jibred.

Aghgen sakemm tifforma ghagina.

Halli l- ghagina tistrieh ghal siegha.

Ferrex ftit dqiq fuq il-mejda u iftah l-ghagina li tkun ftit gholja mill-gholi mill gholi taghha xi 6-7 mm.

Qatta l-ghagina forom tondi u poggihom fuq pjanca b’ karta forn.

Ahmi forn 180’c ghal madwar 10-15 il- minuta sakemm jibdew jihmaru ftit.

Meta ikunu lesti hallihom jikshu u wara dellikhom bic-cikkulata u ferrex il-pistacci imfarka.
