Method
- Sahhan il-margerinau qalli il-laham sakemm jiehu kulur hamrani minn barra biss.
- Qatta u ahsel il-haxix kollu.
- Poggi dan kollu go casserole. Zid il-laham stock , bzar u melh.
- Sajjar il-forn ghal madwar 60 minuta. Meta jkun lest zid bicca gobon fil-wicc. Meta jkun lest zid bicciet zghar bil-gobon fil-wicc. Roxx ukoll it-tursin.
