Ingredients Makes about 8 cups
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unprocessed bran
1 cup shredded coconut
185gr silvered almonds
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 soya bean grits
1/2 skim milk powder
1/2 cup honey
1/4 oil
60gr unsalted butter 3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
3/4 cup pitted prunes
Method
Combine first 8 ingredients in large shallow dish . Combine honey , oil and butter in a bowl .
Cook on high 1 minute stir into dry ingredients. Cook on high 6 minutes, stir well . About 3 times during cooking . Cook add apricots and prunes . Store in airtight container in the refrigerator
