4000gr tadam frisk imqatta

100gr spagetti imqatta bicciet zghar

350gr haxix frisk imhallat

4 imgharef pesto frisk

zejt taz- zebbuga

Metodu

Aqli il-basla sakemm tihmar.

Itfa il-haxix l-iehor u sajjar ghal madwar 10 minuti.

Zid it-tadam imqatta

Ferra fl-istokkfil borma u tiha cans taghjli

Zid l-ispagetti u tektek fuq nar bati ghal 6 minuti

Servi kuccarun imbulgjat (mimli sa fuq ) f’ hobza zghira tal- malti imqarqca (misjura sew) Ferrex ftit pesto fil-wicc
