6 slices steaky bacon rind removed

1 good drizzle honey drizzle olive oil

150gorgonzola cheese chopped

2tablespoon brown sugar salt and pepper

150gr gorgonzola and drizzle with olive oil

Method

 Bake in the oven at 200°for 25 minutes Remove from the ovev and allow to cool . for 25 minutes at the same time place the bacon till crispy
