Metodu

Xarrab u saffi ic-cicri, u poggihom go borma u gherquhom fl- ilma kiesah . Ghatti l- borma – sahhan u hallihom jaghlu ghal 10 minuti . Imbaghad hallihom itektku ghal siegha u nofs jew saghtejn sakemm jirtabu .

Saffiihom u zomm 300ml tal-ilma mgholli .

Poggi ic-cicri gol-food processor u zid il-kumplament tal-ingredienti, il-hwawar il-bzar u il-melh u zid l-ilma tac-cicri ftit ftit sakemm il-kostistenza tad-dipp tigi kremuza.

Qabel iservih, itfa ftit zejt taz-zebbuga u it-tursin biex izejjen. Ixwi il- hobz tal- malti . Ixwi il-hobz tal-malti Dellek id-dipp tac-cicri fuq il-hobz tal-malti u poggi fuq it-tadam imqadded.
