Ingredients
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/3melted butter
1 cup pecan halves
9 inch unbaked paste shell
Method
Beat eggs through mixed in with sugar , a dash of salt , corn syrup and melted butter then add the pecans . pour over the mixture into the unbaked pastry shell . Bake in a moderate into the unbaked pastry shell . bake in a moderate oven 180’c for 15 minutes or until the knife inserted beetween the outside and the center of the filling comes out clean. . cool and serve
