1 kuccarina zest tal-lumi
1 sinna tewm imfarka
400gr salamun imsajra u imqatta
1 kuccarina meraq tal-lumi
Method
F’ tagen jahraq non stick, itfa l-ispinaci u iz-zest tal-lumi u sajjar saute.
Zid il-bzar u it- tewm , hallihom isiru u warrab f’genb.
Sajjar is-salamun ghal madwar 20 minuta fil-forn.
Fi platt, poggi il-haxix imsajjar u maghhom zid is-salamun.
Ferrex ftit meraq tal- lumi .
