Satay chicken curry


Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 large onion cut into wedges

1 kg tights filled trimmed roughly chopped

2 garlic cloves crushed

1 tablespoon malasian curry paste .

Steamed rice to taste

250chunky peanut chiken

140gr chunky fruit chutney

Coriander leaves to serve

Method

Heat oil in a large non stick frying pan or wok , coconut milk peanut , and fruit chutney and mix to combine . simmer uncovered for 15 minutes uncovered and sauce must reduce and thickened . sprinkle with coriander and serve with steamed rice
