Ingredients serve 2
6 oz. shelled prawns
2,1/2 tablespoonfuls sherry
3 tablespoonful salt
1,1/2 tablespoonfuls light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoonful sugar
Method
- Soak the prawns in the sherry for 1, 1/2 tablespoon sherry. Heat the oil and fry the drained prawns for 2 mins, with the salt .
- Add the bean sprouts and fry for 1 minute, then add the soy sauce and sugar . Mix and serve with plain boiled rice.
