Vegetable soup


Ingredients

1 onion

1/2 cup cooked peas

1 cup cooked asparagus chopped

1/4 cup cabbage cooked

3/4 stock , 1ml milk

4 tablespoon flour

5 tablespoon butter

salt and pepper , nutmeg .

Method

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour and milk . Blend in the Braun blender until smooth .

Simmer while staring constantly with a wooden spoon While thickened , season with salt pepper and nutmeg .
