900ripe tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Various herbs
Thyme, sage , olive oil
salt, pepper , oregano , (bay leaves randa ).
Blend the tomatoes with the blenderHeat the oil in a saucepan and saute the garlic until golden brown .
Remove the garlic and add the puree’ tomatoes.
Simmer until sauce is thick .
Add the herbs and season with sugar, salt and pepper .
