Remolade sauce


Ingredients:

3 boiled eggs 5 tablespoon sour cream

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon French mustard

150 vegetable boil

1/2 small onion

1onchovy

1 tablespoon capers, parsley ,

pinch of salt

Salt and pepper

method

Place all ingredients into a beaker and work to a smooth cream.
